We care deeply about our staff and their welfare. Due to the manageable size of our camp, our camp leadership team members are accessible and have positive relationships with the counselors. We have a culture of continuous improvement and we actively seek input and feedback from our counselors to help improve the overall quality of the working experience at camp.
